Refund Policy

At Aura Mark, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@aura-mark.store with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Non-returnable items
Certain items may be non-returnable, including:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
